As the Human Resources Manager for Indonesia, you will be responsible for identifying Human Resources requirements across the organisation on a strategic level and creating, managing and enhancing new and existing human resources initiatives to be consistent with budgeting restrictions, future staffing requirements, industry needs and succession plans of the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partner to all Functional Departments
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing Human Resources strategies, policies, processes, procedures and initiatives across the business to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources for the purposes of achieving strategic business objectives.
Providing strategic advice and support in human resources policies and processes to the Senior Leadership team.
Acting as the last point of escalation for resolving human resources issues within the organisation by providing expert knowledge.
Competitive Human Resources Programs
Support talent acquisition in the role as Human Resource Business Partner to support the Hiring Manager and the HR Recruiter in the global recruitment process
Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs as a talent retention to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance
Develop human capital development models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps. Areas of activity will include talent management through proper succession planning programs, talent reviews, for key contributor and management positions, training and development programs for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business
Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce human resources policies and procedures of the organization by way of HRIS systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.  Manage the human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources.
Position Requirements:
Business Skills
At least 3 - 5 years overall working experience in the related field
Comprehensive knowledge of a diverse range of Human Resources specialities including Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, Learning & Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations, Payroll and Human Resources Administration
Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, policies, procedures and HR best practices
Personal Skills
A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus
A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail oriented perspective
An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
Strong management, leadership, team building, consulting and negotiation skill
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player
A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor
An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts between different parties to a dispute
Communication Skills
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
Experience in advising and interacting at an executive level, coupled with strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills
Strong in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
IT Skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Experience in HR Information System
