Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Engineering management representative for the projects
2. Shall be responsible to manage team of Project Engineers and or Discipline Engineers during whole project, include both green field and brown field of onshore and offshore oil and gas projects. From pre-FEED or concept, FEED, Detailed Engineering Stage until Operation Support Engineering
3. Handling technical issues and promoting business development opportunities both internally and externally
4. Successful deliver of engineering services and projects by managing project including evaluating incoming Scope of Work (SoW), assign SoW to engineers and follow-up project execution in accordance with Company Project Execution Model, Client requirement and relevant rules and regulations
5. Provides clear and focus leadership for the project team to create a vision for project success and a strategy to fit that vision. Focus on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives. Provides mentoring and participates in staff performance evaluations;
6. Plans and prepares accurate project estimates. Establishes cost reports for control of projects. Monitors and controls all cost aspects of the project including forecasting costs, obtaining approvals, identifying trends and taking action to avoid cost overruns and identifying opportunities. Continual assessment of performance of cost control system and personnel. Protect and deliver projected margin, schedule and quality area.
7. To ensure the compliance with all HSE procedures and that HSE requirements are documented.
8. Effectively manages contract.
9. Defines the project quality requirements. Ensures the right systems are in place and applied on the project. Develop a project schedule which allows work to be executed in logical sequences. Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
10. Ensures accurate and timely progress reporting to the client and internally to management. Ongoing monitoring of the communication network between project staff, the client and third parties and introduction of changes where required.
Requirements:
1. Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management is an advantage
2. Having expert knowledge of international standards and codes
3. Minimum 15 (fifteen) years of experiences in Oil and Gas industry and a minimum of 8 (eight) years of relevant work experience as engineering manager
4. Excellence in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferable
